• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially if misuse or resale without agreement is suspected.
3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices on BoombiWater.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• A flat-rate delivery fee of $19.95 applies to all standard orders, regardless of location within Australia.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure online payment gateway.
• We do not store your payment details.
4. Delivery Policy
• We offer bottled water delivery Australia-wide using Australia Post.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location (refer to our Delivery Information page for more details).
• Boombi Water is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
5. Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction matters. If your bottled water order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact orders@boombiwater.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Photo evidence may be required.
• We offer replacements or refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Returns for change-of-mind are not accepted due to the food-grade nature of our products.
6. Wholesale Bottled Water Orders
We proudly supply wholesale bottled water in Australia to:
